Strength

Strength training Monday.  Did my plan in reverse.  Wall sit was much much easier at the beginning.

My thoughts and prayers are with the families affected by the tragedy at the Boston Marathon.

Lord, give us the strength to keep caring and doing good deeds even though at the exact moment we help, others are planning to hurt.  Let us be the light in the world even though there is darkness.  We ask these things in your name.  Amen.
